GroupeConnect is a team of top talent from across Publicis Groupe—working as one for Bank of America. But it was a team with no real brand of their own.

GroupeConnect needed an identity that made it clear what sets them apart. Starting with a first-of-its-kind logo system, intended to celebrate the individuality and unique contributions of all GC employees.

GC’s new brand identity was built by bringing design and data together with technology—we invented an algorithm to combine employee information with variable letterforms, generating custom logos for every single person at the company. The new branding is both a result of the dynamic, collaborative nature of the group and a celebration of it.

Using design, technology and employee data from Publicis Groupe’s AI-powered company platform, GC can generate over 62 million personalized logos. That means all current and future employees get their own individual logo for their email signature, presentation templates, business cards and more. No two members of our team are the same, and now, neither are their logos.
